Why Do My Power Windows Work Intermittently in My Suzuki Bolan?

Sometimes the windows work fine, but other times they don’t respond at all—especially after hitting a speed bump o r rough patch. Could loose wiring o r poor aftermarket installation be causing this random behavior?

Intermittent operation is usually due to:

Loose connections behind the switches o r inside the door

Poor-quality wiring often used in cheap installations

Damaged motor brushes that work only when hit/jostled

Moisture o r dust inside the switch mechanism

This issue is very common in Bolans fitted with aftermarket power windows from local workshops. Ask an electrician to re-check the wiring, especially the ground connections and solder joints. Sometimes, simply tightening o r rewiring the system solves the problem.
