Why does my Suzuki Bolan engine sputter more on CNG than on petrol?

I mostly drive my Bolan on CNG, and I’ve noticed it sputters more on gas than on petrol. It struggles during pickup, and sometimes the engine stalls. Is this a tuning issue o r something wrong with the CNG kit o r injectors?

Sputtering on CNG is very common in older Suzuki Bolan models because CNG systems require precise tuning. If the gas-to-air mixture is not balanced, o r the system is worn out, you’ll face performance issues like:

Jerking during acceleration

Delayed throttle response

Engine cutting off during gear shifts o r idling

Possible causes:

Improper CNG kit tuning

Worn CNG filter o r injector

Air intake leakage

Weak spark o r timing not adjusted for gas

CNG needs stronger spark and precise timing, so make sure your mechanic:

Cleans the throttle body and air filter

Checks the CNG pressure

Adjusts the timing and mixture for smooth running

Also, always switch to petrol for starting the engine in cold weather to avoid sputtering.
