Why does my Suzuki Bolan engine sputter when the weather is cold o r rainy?
In cold o r wet weather, my Bolan struggles to start and sputters for the first few minutes. It smooths out once the engine warms up. Could this be due to moisture in the ignition system, o r is it an issue with the choke o r sensors?

In cold o r rainy weather, moisture and temperature can cause ignition problems in the Suzuki Bolan, leading to sputtering and hard starting.
Likely causes include:
Moisture in spark plug wires o r distributor cap
Old o r cracked ignition coil
Weak battery causing low ignition voltage
Choke not working properly in carburetor models
When the engine is cold, it needs a richer fuel-air mixture and a strong spark to start smoothly. If the choke doesnt engage o r the ignition components are weak, the engine will misfire o r sputter until it warms up.
What you can do:
Keep the spark plug wires and distributor cap dry and clean.
In carburetor models, make sure the manual o r automatic choke is working.
If using CNG, start the engine on petrol in winter, then switch to gas.
A simple tune-up before winter can prevent these problems.
