Why Does My Suzuki Bolan Hesitate When I Press the Accelerator?

There’s a delay o r hesitation when I press the accelerator in my Bolan, especially when trying to overtake o r climb hills. Someone told me it might be due to fouled o r weak spark plugs. How can I confirm this, and what’s the recommended replacement interval?

Hesitation when accelerating is often a sign of weak spark caused by faulty spark plugs o r ignition problems. When the spark isn’t strong enough, the fuel doesn’t ignite properly during rapid throttle inputs. This is common in vehicles with old spark plugs, wrong spark plug gaps, o r those using low-quality plugs not suited for the engine type e.g., using petrol plugs in a CNG vehicle. Check the spark plugs for wear and carbon buildup, and replace them every 10,000–20,000 km depending on driving conditions and fuel type.
