Why Does My Suzuki Bolan Overheat After Driving for 15–20 Minutes? Could It Be a Radiator Leak?

My Bolan heats up quickly, especially in the summer o r on uphill roads. I’ve been told there could be a leak in the radiator o r a loose pipe connection. How can I check if a radiator leak is the cause of the overheating?

Yes, a radiator leak can definitely cause overheating, especially if the coolant level s below the safe limit. Here’s what to check:

Look for damp spots on the radiator and hoses after driving.

Check the coolant reservoir level before and after a trip.

Inspect the radiator core and side tanks for cracks o r leaks.

Even a small leak can lead to air pockets in the cooling system, reducing cooling efficiency. A pressure test o r a visit to a radiator shop can confirm the issue. Replacing leaking pipes, clamps, o r the radiator itself will solve the problem.
