Why Does My Suzuki Bolan’s Exterior Rust So Quickly?

I’ve noticed some areas of my Suzuki Bolan are starting to show signs of rust, even though the car is relatively new. The rust seems to appear around the wheel arches and the bottom edges of the doors. What causes this rusting, and how can I prevent it from getting worse?
