Why Is My Suzuki Bolan Losing Coolant Even Though There Are No Visible Leaks?

I regularly top up the coolant in my Bolan, but I don’t see any puddles o r leaks under the van. Could the radiator still be leaking internally o r from a spot that’s hard to see? What are the common hidden radiator leak points in the Bolan?

Even if you don’t see coolant on the ground, your Suzuki Bolan could still have a hidden leak. Common causes include:

Small pinhole leaks in the radiator that evaporate as soon as the engine gets hot.

Leaky radiator hoses o r clamps that drip only under pressure.

Coolant loss through the heater core o r head gasket, which may not show up externally.

You can check for leaks using a coolant pressure tester o r look for white residue o r dried coolant stains around the radiator, water pump, o r hoses. Also, inspect the underside of the radiator—some leaks only happen when the engine is running.
