Why Is My Suzuki Bolan’s Hands-Free Calling Feature Not Working?

The hands-free calling feature in my Suzuki Bolan isn’t working. When I try to make o r receive calls, I can’t hear anything through the car’s speakers, o r the other person can’t hear me. What could be the issue with the hands-free system?

Issues with the hands-free calling feature in your Suzuki Bolan can be caused by:

Bluetooth Connection Problems: If the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the car’s infotainment system is not stable o r is disconnected, it can cause the hands-free calling feature to stop working.

Microphone Issues: The car’s microphone, which picks up your voice during calls, might be malfunctioning o r blocked by dirt o r debris.

Audio Routing Issues: Sometimes, the audio settings on your phone o r the car’s system may route the call audio to the wrong source, such as the phone’s speaker instead of the car’s speakers.

Phone Settings o r Permissions: Ensure that the phone has granted the necessary permissions for hands-free calling, such as microphone access and the ability to make calls via Bluetooth.

Solution:

Re-pair the Bluetooth Connection: Reconnect your phone with the car’s Bluetooth system. Make sure your phone is set to connect to the hands-free system when making o r receiving calls.

Clean the Microphone: Check if the car’s microphone is blocked o r dirty. Clean it gently to ensure it works properly.

Check Audio Settings: Ensure that the audio is routed to the car’s speakers for calls. Adjust the audio settings on your phone and the infotainment system to use hands-free calling.

Check Permissions: Ensure your phone has all necessary permissions enabled for Bluetooth calling, including microphone access and call permissions.
