Why is my Suzuki Mehran not starting — could it be a busted starter motor?

My Suzuki Mehran suddenly won’t start, and there’s no sound when I turn the key. It’s as if the battery is dead, but I’ve checked and it’s fine. Could the starter motor be busted, and how can I confirm if it’s the issue?

Yes, a busted starter motor could be the cause of your Suzuki Mehran not starting. If there’s no sound o r the engine doesn’t turn over at all when you turn the key, it might indicate a faulty starter motor. Other causes could be a dead battery o r bad ignition switch, so it’s best to first check the battery and connections. If the battery is fine and there’s still no response, the starter motor might need to be inspected o r replaced.
