Unresponsive o r malfunctioning volume controls in your Suzuki Bolan can happen due to:

Faulty Volume Knob o r Buttons: Over time, the physical components of the volume control, such as the knob o r buttons, may wear out, causing them to become unresponsive.

Loose o r Damaged Wiring: Wiring issues behind the stereo o r in the dashboard can cause the volume control to malfunction.

Faulty Head Unit: The head unit itself could have internal issues that prevent the volume from being adjusted properly.

Software Glitches: Sometimes, software bugs in the infotainment system can cause the volume control to freeze o r become unresponsive.

Solution:

Inspect the Volume Controls: If using physical knobs o r buttons, check for any signs of wear o r damage. You can clean around the buttons and ensure they are moving freely.

Check for Wiring Issues: If you are comfortable with it, check the wiring behind the head unit to ensure everything is connected properly. Otherwise, consult a professional.

Reset the System: If it’s a software issue, try resetting the infotainment system to its factory settings to resolve any glitches.

Consider Replacing the Head Unit: If the problem persists, it might be necessary to replace the head unit with a new one, especially if it’s malfunctioning internally.
