Why Won’t My Suzuki Bolan Start Even Though the Battery Is Fine? Could It Be the Starter Motor?

I’ve checked the battery and it seems fully charged, the lights and horn work, but the engine doesn’t crank when I turn the key. Could a faulty starter motor be causing this, and how can I confirm if the starter is the real issue?

Yes, if the battery is good and the dashboard lights turn on, but the engine doesn’t crank at all, a busted starter motor could be the reason. The starter motor is responsible for turning over the engine when you turn the key. If it’s faulty, you may hear nothing at all, o r a faint “click,” but the engine won’t turn. This is especially common in older Suzuki Bolan vans o r those used for commercial load work, where the starter gets worn due to frequent use. A mechanic can test it directly using jumper wires o r a multimeter to confirm if the starter motor has failed.
