BMW 5 Series 5th(E60) Generation Overview
BMW launched the 5 Series sedan BMW E60 5th Generation in 2003. The BMW E60 is a front engine rear wheel drive car. As compared to 4th Generation 5 Series, the design of BMW sedan E60 5 series design was changed completely. The BMW 5 Series 5th Generation has large exterior and more interior space and luggage space as compared to previous two series. The 5 series E60 has more efficient aerodynamic body. There are 9 models of BMW E60 including 520i, 525i, 528i, 530i, 545i, 550i, M5, 520d and 525d. The company continued the production of this car for 9 years and the car was available during years 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and the year 2010. The BMW E60 5 Series Price 2022 is not competitive as compared to other cars in the same category.
Exterior
The BMW 5 Series has a unique design language. On the front 5 series BMW E60 has sleek narrow side swept headlights, the classic BMW kidney grille, dual air intakes and standard circular fog lights. On the rear side the car has sharply sleek trapezium styled side swept headlights, a roof fin, and dual exhaust tips. The BMW has more aggressive and sporty design language. On the front side, the BMW M5 has a larger front bumper with larger air intakes, flared wheel arches, larger wheels, and tires. On the rear side, it has a larger rear bumper, a lip spoiler, and a sports exhaust system. The 5th Generation BMW 5 Series overall exterior has a fairly unique and distinctive design.
Interior
As for the interior, the BMW 5 Series comes with light gray and beige plastic trim pieces. The overall interior of the 5th Generation BMW 5 Series has a good amount of interior space in both the front and rear; it offers a good level of comfort and interior refinement. The car has fabric seats on the front and rear side. Standard features include power heated door mirrors, cruise control, keyless entry, multifunction steering wheel, automatic 2-zone climate control, 10-speaker stereo audio system and rain-sensing windscreen wipers. Options include auto-dimming door mirrors, power moon roof, memory seats, adaptive cruise control, heated steering wheel, satellite navigation, auto-dimming rearview mirror, 13-speker stereo audio system, headlight cleaning system, rear window blind, heads up display, reversing camera, rear side impact bag, heated front and rear seats, leather upholstery, split folding rear seat and 10-way power front seats.
