Can a Faulty Blower Motor o r Clogged Cabin Filter Cause Weak o r Warm Airflow in My Khyber?

The air from the vents isn’t strong and feels warm, even though the AC is on. Could the issue be with the blower motor o r a clogged filter if any? How can I check o r fix this in a Khyber?

Yes, if the blower motor is weak o r the air passages are blocked, it can result in poor airflow—even if the AC itself is cooling properly. While the Khyber doesn’t have a cabin filter from the factory, dust and debris often collect in the air ducts o r blower fan.

Signs to Look For:

Low airflow from vents even on high fan setting

Whistling o r rattling sound from the dashboard

Fan speed doesn’t change

Fix:

Open and clean the blower fan under the dashboard

Check for dust o r leaves in the air vents

If the motor is worn out, a replacement costs around PKR 1,200–2,500
