How Do I Fix Wiper Skipping and Streaking Issues on My Suzuki Khyber?

Sometimes the wipers on a Khyber skip across the windshield o r make uneven contact, causing streaks. What are the causes of this problem, and how can it be solved with minimal cost?

Wiper skipping happens when the blade doesn’t make even contact with the windshield. This could be due to worn wipers, bent arms, o r dry windshield surfaces.

Causes:

Rubber is too stiff o r damaged

Wiper arm is not applying even pressure

Windshield glass is too dry o r has coating residue

Fixes:

Replace the wiper blades with soft, flexible ones

Adjust o r replace the wiper arm spring if it’s weak

Lubricate the wiper arm joint

Use windshield washer fluid before turning on wipers
