Problems with my khyber.plz help

hi to all visitors..

instead ov makin a seperate forum for all my car`s prob.im puttin in one forum so easy for all of us..

i hv khyber 99.
engine 8 months overhauled.
car was serviced week b4.
plugs were changed.air filter.tapets were adjusted.
oil was chnageed with caltex havoline.

probs r as follows.

1:Car shakes a bit wen brakin the idle state.
mean khari gari ko chaloo to car vibrates a bit..no other prob with gear wat-so0evr aftr once car is movin.

2:at standin car,if i move steering wheel to right ot left,i feel some resistance in movin em..mean it needs sum power to turn at stndin state..

3n petrol ,wen i drive car for sum time,wen i switch off the car,it dont goes OFF,it strts vibratin n like engines tries to get restrt..so i put key again n turn on-off for once or two n it goes off.

4:rear right shock sy ajeeb c awaz aate hy...like KHAR KHAR.
shock works fully fine but awaz is real dusty...

5:car`s dipper dont works properly..mean kuch dair on hota hy but bad my it dont works..aftr one hour or so,it works for minutes again n then stops n same goes again n again..

ive put 165-70-13 size tyre.so do it has to do sumthing with prob no 2???
plus big size tyre sy engine py kia fark parta hy?cuz i dont think its too big as stock tyre size is 145-65-12..

plz i will b real thank full for ur answers.

1)didnt get
2)get the cross and ends checked
3)get the switch checked
4)get the shock spring and cng cylinder grips checkd
5)visit electrician.some carbon clearning required
6)if with full load tyre touches the mud guards get it changed
