Question - BMW E38 has lsd

i think its electronically limited slip controlled, the DSC (stability control) engages automaticaly if drive wheels spin. on ice or regular road. by reducing power to wheels or engaging brake on one wheel if it spins.

i need some clarification

the diff is torsen and an EBD added to it, the torsen diff works on the worm gear principle hence the slipping power instantly goes to the slower wheel - because a worm can drive gear but not the other way round, The brake system helps stabilize it further.
