What Does Blue Smoke from the Exhaust Mean for My Suzuki Khyber’s Oil Usage?

When starting o r revving the engine, some Khybers emit blue smoke. Does this indicate oil is entering the combustion chamber, and how does that relate to excessive oil consumption?

Blue smoke is a strong indicator that oil is entering the combustion chamber and burning with the fuel-air mixture. In Khyber cars, this usually points to valve seal o r piston ring failure.

Common Scenarios:

Blue smoke on startup = worn valve seals

Blue smoke during acceleration = worn piston rings

Constant blue smoke = serious internal oil burning

Solution:

Minor smoking may be managed with thicker oil o r engine additives

Severe cases will need an engine top overhaul o r rebuild
