Why Are Rust Spots Forming Under the Paint on My Suzuki Khyber?

Some Khyber owners have noticed small rust bubbles forming under the paint, especially around the wheel arches and near the windscreen. What causes rust to appear under the paint, and how can it be treated without a full repaint?

Rust bubbling under paint indicates that moisture has gotten trapped between the metal surface and paint layer, usually due to scratches, stone chips, o r poor rust-proofing.

Common Areas Affected:

Wheel arches

Lower door edges

Under the windshield

Floor panels

Solutions:

Remove the bubbled paint and treat rust with rust converter o r rust remover.

Use anti-rust primer before repainting.

Consider underbody coating for protection, especially in rainy o r coastal regions.

Keep the car clean and dry to avoid long-term moisture contact.
