Why Do the Headlights of My Khyber Have Poor Visibility at Night?

The stock headlights in a Suzuki Khyber are often too dim for night driving, especially on unlit roads o r highways. Over time, the reflectors fade, and headlight covers turn yellow o r foggy, reducing visibility. Many drivers switch to high-wattage bulbs, which can cause wiring problems o r battery drain if not handled properly.

Stock Khyber headlights are known to be dim and weak, especially after years of use. This becomes dangerous on highways and rural roads with no streetlights.

Causes of poor lighting:

Oxidized o r yellowed headlight lenses

Old, low-wattage bulbs

Worn-out headlight reflectors

Weak alternator output o r bad wiring

Safety Tips:

Clean o r restore headlight covers using headlight polishing kits.

Upgrade to LED o r halogen bulbs within safe wattage limits.

Install a relay wiring kit to improve power delivery.

Avoid extremely high-watt bulbs that can overheat the wiring.
