Why Does My Khyber Overheat When Going Uphill o r Driving with AC On?

Whenever I turn on the AC o r drive uphill, my Khyber’s temperature shoots up. Is this normal in older cars o r a sign of cooling system failure like a weak water pump o r radiator issue?

When going uphill o r using AC, your engine works harder and produces more heat. If your cooling system is weak o r aging, it can’t keep up.

Possible Issues:

Weak water pump not circulating coolant fast enough

Old radiator can’t dissipate heat properly

Fan o r thermostat not functioning optimally

Other Factors:

Low engine oil oil also helps cooling

Driving with clutch slipping o r poor tuning

Fixes:

Check all parts of the cooling system: water pump, fan, radiator, thermostat

Top up o r change engine oil

Consider tuning the car for better performance and less strain
