Why does my Suzuki Khybers air conditioning struggle to cool effectively when the car is fully loaded?

Whenever my Suzuki Khyber is fully loaded with passengers, the air conditioning seems to lose effectiveness, and the cabin doesn’t cool as well as it does when the car is empty. Is this due to the reduced capacity of the air conditioning system, o r could the issue be related to the engine working harder under load, impacting cooling efficiency?

The Khyber’s AC system is not very powerful compared to modern vehicles, and when the car is fully loaded, the engine has to work harder, reducing the amount of power available for the A/C compressor. In such conditions, cooling performance s, especially when idling o r driving in hot weather. The issue is partly due to the car’s design and partly due to inefficiencies in the AC system like a weak compressor, dirty condenser, o r low gas pressure. Servicing the AC system, cleaning the evaporator, and ensuring proper gas levels can improve cooling. Also, using a cabin sunshade and parking in the shade can help reduce interior heat load.
