Why Does My Suzuki Khyber’s Steering Vibrate at High Speeds?

Many Khyber owners in Pakistan experience steering vibration between 80–100 km/h. This is usually due to unbalanced wheels, worn-out tyres, o r bent rims—especially on rough roads like those in many urban o r rural areas.

Steering vibration at high speeds usually between 80–100 km/h is a common problem in older cars like the Suzuki Khyber. The most likely causes are:

Unbalanced wheels – Even a slight imbalance can cause vibration.

Bent rims – After hitting potholes o r speed breakers, steel rims often get slightly bent.

Worn-out o r uneven tyres – If tyres are worn unevenly o r have bulges, they can shake at speed.

Loose o r damaged suspension components – Worn-out tie rods o r ball joints can also contribute.

Solution: Get your wheels balanced and aligned, and inspect your rims and tyres for damage. If the problem continues, check the steering and suspension system.
