2025 Kia Updates and New Models Details

As we approach the summer months, Kia is gearing up to introduce a range of new and updated vehicles for the 2025 model year. The lineup includes the Carnival minivan, the EV6, the K4 and K5 sedans, and the Sorento Hybrid SUV. These vehicles are expected to arrive at dealerships soon, each bringing exciting updates and features.

2025 Kia Carnival / Hybrid

The 2025 Kia Carnival is set to impress with its aggressive redesign and new hybrid powertrain. The exterior boasts a large rectangular grille, sharp headlights, and "Star Map" LED running lights, while the rear features new LED taillights. Inside, comfort is enhanced with reclining second-row seats, a spacious cargo area, and a Connected Car Rear Cockpit entertainment suite. The hybrid model combines a turbocharged 1.6-liter engine with an electric motor for 242 horsepower, while the traditional 3.5-liter V-6 offers 287 horsepower.

2025 Kia EV6

Kia’s first EV, the Kia EV6, receives significant updates for 2025. The facelift includes new headlight fixtures, an updated bumper, and fresh wheel options. Inside, enhancements include a new steering wheel, a fingerprint authentication system, a 12.0-inch head-up display, and a digital rearview mirror. The new 84.0-kilowatt-hour battery pack extends the range to 307 miles for the rear-wheel-drive Long Range model and improves charging times.

2025 Kia K4

Replacing the Forte, the 2025 Kia K4 is a new sedan featuring a sleek design and increased dimensions. It is three inches longer and two inches wider than its predecessor. The cabin includes a large 30-inch display, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and heated front seats in the GT-Line trim. Engine options include a 2.0-liter four-cylinder and a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder, providing 147 and 190 horsepower, respectively.

2025 Kia K5

The 2025 Kia K5 receives a mid-cycle refresh with minor exterior tweaks and a significant interior upgrade. The dashboard now features dual curved screens for the driver and infotainment display. The base engine is a naturally aspirated 2.5-liter four-cylinder producing 191 horsepower, while the GT model offers a turbocharged 2.5-liter engine with 290 horsepower.

2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid

The 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid debuts with a refreshed design and improved powertrain. It features sharp headlights and new LED running lights. The interior boasts dual 12.3-inch screens. The hybrid system combines a turbocharged 1.6-liter engine with an electric motor for a total of 227 horsepower. The front-wheel-drive model achieves 36 miles per gallon, with all-wheel drive available for an additional cost.
