Audi Pakistan took the wraps off the Q2 during the meet up at the Audi Karachi. Audi Q2 is new entrant in the auto market with vast portfolio of cars, which Audi offers to the clients all over the world.



The Q2 was built on the same platform, which was used by A3 and it takes the tried and tested VW MQB platform up by placing it in the crossover arena. The Audi Q2 is concentrated on providing the improved ride height and ground clearance, when you compare to A3 in exchange of slightly reduced wheelbase.



Is Size an Issue

It is expected that there would be no surprise when we take the look on the popular dimensions of Q2. It is the compact form factor and cars seems to be sized properly from outside and the same is also applied to the extensive interior, which is not cramped and spacious and keeps it consistent with the entry level Garman rivals.



As this vehicle is based on the platform of A3, so Q3 shares the interior fixtures to large extent and A3 capitalizes on 35 mm longer wheelbase with the offering of air conditioning vents for rear occupants. Q2 has enhanced the sense of expansion of cabin to provide the improved headroom for which six footers is the welcome addition. Audi Q2 is provided with cargo capacity and it has the capacity to carry up to 405 liters of luggage with upright seats and 1050 liters with rear seat backrest, which is folded down and vehicle is uploaded to roof height.

When you check the most polarizing factor, the vehicle Audi Q2 is the power unit. Q2 is equipped with new three cylinder 1.0 liter turbocharged engine of Audi and it is capable of producing the power output of 116 PS and 200 Nm of torque. The three cylinder 1.0 liter engine in the Audi might ring the bell and upon driving the car, rest assured and the performance is smooth for Q2.

Q2 is available at the showrooms of the company across Pakistan and the delivery time with the brackets of the forty five and ninety days.

Available variants and optional equipment

Audi is starting with two variants and standard line and exclusive line. Both the lines have 1.0 liter three cylinder engine and unlike the manual to come standard on the competing BMW X1 is mated to seven speed S-Tronic transmission as standard.



The exclusive line builds on the conventional Audi standard equipment present on the Standard line with the addition of panoramic glass roof, Audi park assist with rear view camera, aluminum panels to interior, cruise control with speed limiter and comfort key.
