Honda Bikes Prices Increase March 2023
On account of the recent aggressive slump of the Rupee against the US dollar, the economy has hit a new low. This has been exacerbated by the local bike and car assemblers, who have been raising prices in a series of hikes. Following the lead of the car makers, Atlas Honda has announced a second price increase in the last 20 days, with the previous one occurring on February 15, 2023.
According to the company's notification, the new prices will take effect on March 03, 2023.
New Honda Bike Prices
Honda CD 70 has undergone a price increase of Rs. 7,000, resulting in a new price of Rs. 144,900 compared to the old rate of Rs. 137,900. This represents a percentage increase of 5.07%.
Honda CD 70 Dream has seen a price hike of Rs. 8,600, taking the bike's old rate of Rs. 147,500 to a new price of Rs. 155,500. This represents a percentage increase of 5.83%.
The new price of Honda Pridor is Rs. 190,500, which is Rs. 9,000 higher than the old rate of Rs. 181,500. This represents a percentage increase of 4.96%.
Honda CG 125's price has been increased by Rs. 9,000, taking the rate to Rs. 214,900 compared to the old price of Rs. 205,900. This represents a percentage increase of 4.37%.
Honda CG 125 SE has observed an increase of Rs. 12,000, resulting in a new price of Rs. 255,900 instead of Rs. 243,900. This represents a percentage increase of 4.92%.
Honda CB 125F has seen an increase of Rs. 20,000, taking the bike's old rate of Rs. 330,900 to a new price of Rs. 350,900. This represents a percentage increase of 6.04%.
Honda CB 150F's new price is Rs. 443,900 compared to the old rate of Rs. 418,900, meaning it has experienced a jump of Rs. 25,000. This represents a percentage increase of 5.97%.
Honda CB 150F SE has undergone a hike of Rs. 25,000, resulting in a new rate of Rs. 447,900 compared to the previous price of Rs. 422,900. This represents a percentage increase of 5.91%.

As previously mentioned, this is the second price increase in the last 20 days, which has further eroded the purchasing power of the inflation-stricken middle class. In addition to the rising car prices, bikes, which are considered to be the common person's mode of transportation, are also becoming increasingly unaffordable.
