New Asia to Launch Powerful Electric Scooters in Pakistan
The rising prices of cars, bikes, and fuel in Pakistan have prompted a surge in the popularity of electric two-wheelers in the market. Recently, Lahore-based startup Evee introduced the C1 electric scooter, followed by Super Star teasing their own electric scooter. Metro also joined the competition with the launch of their E8S Pro, which competes with the C1 Pro electric scooter.
New Asia to Enter the Electric Scooter Market
Adding to the growing electric scooter trend, New Asia, another bike manufacturer, has announced plans to launch two new electric scooters in Pakistan. While specific details about the scooters are still scarce, it's hinted that both models will be equipped with 1000-to-1500-watt electric motors, combined with dry acid batteries.

Diverse Performance and Target Audience
The two electric scooters by New Asia will cater to different performance preferences and target different segments of buyers. One model will focus on providing an economical option, appealing to budget-conscious consumers, while the other will target enthusiasts with greater purchasing power.
Expected Price Range and Increased Competition
The anticipated price range for these new electric scooters is between Rs. 260,000 and Rs. 320,000, varying according to their specifications. With the introduction of these scooters, the competition among electric mopeds in Pakistan is expected to intensify, benefitting consumers with more choices and options to consider.
