Price of CNG Increases by Rs. 15 Per KG

The winter season is approaching and the demand and consumption of the natural gas is also increased. Now All Pakistan CNG Association has declared the increase in prices of the compressed natural gas CNG, which is Rs.15 per kilogram. The customers can get the latest updates of Price of CNG increases by Rs.15 per kg.

The chairmen of the association stated that the government has increased the General Sales tax on CNG and it has put pressure on the association to announce the increase in the prices. The price of CNG in Sindh is increased by 10.43 per kg and after that the price has reached to all-time high of Rs.195 per kg. The price of CNG in Punjab and Islamabad has the cost of Rs.150 per kg after increase in price of the CNG for Rs.15 per kg.

The sale tax in Punjab and Sindh were increased to Rs.70.46 per kg and it was Rs.128.11 per kg in KPK, Baluchistan, Islamabad and Rawalpindi and Gujrat was as the levy in these cities has also been increased, which resulted in increase of the prices.

The shortfall of CNG during the past season created the issues for the general public and APCNGA has presented the plea against the increase in taxes on CNG imports and the government is trying hard to stop the rising petroleum import bill and it has gone up by 96 percent over past four months.
