Leackage of Engine oil , Nissan Sunny98 Deisel

Sir Salaam. My Car NISSAN SUNNY 98 Deisel has only one problem that, This is Getting LEACK From ENGINE After start the engine , So What Can I do for ? Machanic said me that , The Reason of Leackage is Only OIL SEAL , So He said I Have to DOWN The ENGINE So what You say If you have any GOOD Idea for this PLEASE Tell me As soon as Possible ... And What is the VALUE This car .... This is in GOOD CONDITION MASHAA ALLAH,

Hello!
can you tell that from where the oil was leaking bcz it depends on place.............some place are like you can change seals without letting engine out..........and some places where engine has had to be down...........if its chamber seal...i think its replaceable without letting engine down.....
