Sunny 2.0D/Corolla 2.0D Fuel Average

Guys, A friend of mine is planning to buy a diesel car. Please share your experiences and suggest sunny diesel cars are better or corrola diesels?Also advise which car has better resale value and spares availability and what is the car's market price.

it depends on ur pocket. if u have 4 to 5 lac go for a sunny 98+ model if more then go for a corolla. both of them have the same mileage.i have a sunny diesel 2002 model very good on fuel about 1.9 to 2.2 Rs/ km on the motorway depends how u drive. other wise within the city it ranges from 2.4 to 2.9 Rs/km. regarding spare parts.. one can get almost all the sunny parts at a very good price. kabuli parts are available at a very nominal rate. regarding resale the car should be in immaculate condition then there is no problem in selling.
