Sunny 98cng-incomplete deal

AOA guys.
Yesterday, I visited a showroom in Faisaltown-Lhr and managed to see a Nissan Sunny 98 with cng.The car was in light golden colour with power windows, power steering. Interior and exterior condition was Okey. But when I checked the Engine oil dip rod, I found water mixed in the oil. I doubed about the gasket or head crack. Any way, the asking price was 450k and and bearing in mind that the engine work may take 5k max., I showed my interest in car.
The owner came down to 420k but I wanted it below 400k.
Meanwhile, I called my mechanic back home in Gujranwala and asked his opinion. He said the engine parts of Sunny98 petrol is a hard find and in 450k, I can get u a Baleno
2000-2001 which has resale and same comfort.I need ur advice guys. And a Baleno is a successful car or not.

max sunny 98 demand....not more than 375-385K max.......
and water mixed oillll.....gasket is blown or head cracked....Nissan Sunny 98 GA14DE engine come with same problem..........if one get a car in less with that kinda engine....throw that GA14 and put GA15DS one.....and enjoy what Sunny is all about..........
b/w...Baleno 98-01 models are far better than new ones...TRy getting Gli or Glip ones.........they are good....!
also consider Indus Corolla as prices are just decreased to 525.....some more investment and a good deal...........!
